Vocal Coaching
Melanie is an experienced vocal coach, teaching professional performers through to beginners of all ages. Previous students have gone on to perform in the West End and UK Tours. Whether you would like to learn to sing for fun or you wish to pursue singing as a career, Melanie will help you reach your goals in a supportive and relaxed way.
Lesson Fee Structure:
£35 for a 45 minute lesson
£25 for a 30 minute lesson
Lessons are on a rolling basis.
There is a strict 48 hour cancellation policy, full fee is payable if cancelled for any reason within 48 hours.
One-off lessons by arrangement only: 60 minutes suitable for:
- Audition preparation
- Exam preparation
- Scholarship Preparation
- Voice Production issues/ Vocal Health
These lessons have a 48 hour cancellation policy and are £48 each.
Lessons are 1-2-1 in person in Newbury or Hungerford or online via Zoom/Facetime.
Current Availability:
Hungerford: in person or online slot available on Monday evenings at 5.15pm
Newbury: Fortnightly slot at 4pm/4.15pm on Tuesdays.
Melanie teaches all genres of music as she was classically trained from age 5-18 before going on to train in Popular Music Performance at 21. She teaches privately online and around Hungerford, Newbury, Marlborough and the surrounding areas, as well as at Brockhurst and Marlston Preparatory School (teaching the classical ABRSM syllabus) and at Hogan Music (Teaching predominantly pop). She has a DBS certificate and has completed extensive training in Safeguarding.
Melanie also specialises in performance anxiety and finding your authentic performance style and voice.
